Hat is arrested for Indecent Exposure (or something) in Huntington Beach
Harriett Eichmeyer (Heisler)'s daughter (or niece) sent me the pictures that follow. I didn't receive a story about them, but I thought I would post them today anyway, and try to guess what's going on here.
Obviously, these pictures have something to do with the Huntington Beach Police Department. It looks like Harriett was picked up for being drunk and disorderly.

Harriett is booked -- er-- welcomed

They went for a plea bargain, but made Harriett bring evidence from the drunken party.

Her sentence included community service

She was sent home with a police escort
I'M sure there is much more to the story than that, and I'll print it when Harriett sends it to me.

Note: This little video used to work, but I can't even load it any more. Still working on it...

Fritz Brace claimed that he found a missing board in the fence behind the Ceres' pad and observed several Ceres sun bathing au natural. Even then, nobody disputed anything that Fritz said. In those days, "Peeping Toms" were not only innocent of any crime; they were admired for their stealth and cunning.
What Else Can I
Say?
Please send some suggestions.

Fritz has a vivid imagination. What else is new?

Harriett (Heisler) Eichmeyer meets Her Sister in Laguna Beach

Harriett's sister lives in San Marcos and was in the MAD Class of 1941. I think her name is Virginia. Harriett went to lots of trouble to get this to me because I have been hooting at her for sending stuff to Paulette's Ponderings page instead of to me. I vaguely remember receiving a note from Harriett's niece saying that her sister's name is Virginia, but I couldn't find it anywhere. You must understand that I have reached the age of vivid dreams and clouded memory, and it's getting tougher and tougher to separate one from the other.
My thanks to Harriett for keeping us in the loop. As you can see, she's still as classy as she was in 1951. Shoulda been a movie star.

Ceres: Please send me some stuff for this page.
Ceres Harriett, Judy, Carol, Cosette, and Shari Meet for Lunch
OK kiddo don't
say I never send ya anything. Yesterday Cosette, Judy, Carol and yours
truly met at the Arcadia Community Center to attend a fund raiser luncheon and
fashion show to benefit CHOC. Shari has been involved with
this organization for a number of yrs. It was a very lovely affair.
And Shari, who usually is in charge of the fashion show has now given that job
to others and so was able to sit and enjoy it with us. And Chuck was doing
his bit by helping with the drinks. - Harriett (Heisler) Eichmeyer
OK kiddo, thanks for the
story. Next time please send pics of this Beautiful Bevy. - Dick (Keck)
